Overview
This 50-hour Level 1 Hybrid Rocket® Vinyasa Teacher Training offers a unique blend of online and in-person learning, designed to deepen your understanding of the Rocket® Yoga system and strengthen your personal practice.
Guided by Lita, this intimate training (limited to 12 students) combines the structure of Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with the playful, liberating energy of Rocket® Yoga. You’ll explore the foundations of intelligent sequencing, breath, and movement, learning to teach with confidence and authenticity, whether in person or online.
