London was once my home, and it will always be my second home. Returning at Christmas feels especially meaningful, and I’m coming back to share something I love: the joy, freedom, and connection of Rocket® Yoga.

Join me for a special two-hour masterclass celebrating movement, community, and coming home to your practice. Together, we’ll build warmth through a dynamic, breath-led flow, with time to explore playful transitions, arm balances, and inversions before settling into a deep, restful finish.

With space to break down postures and explore different options, this is an invitation to get curious, challenge yourself, and enjoy the practice wherever you are that day. You don’t need to master every pose to take part.

I’d love to see and hug some of my old students and friends, and meet new ones joining out of curiosity. Whether we’ve shared many practices or this will be our first, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

A winter afternoon to move, breathe, reconnect, and bring a little more warmth into the festive season.

Recommended for students with some experience of Rocket, Ashtanga, or dynamic Vinyasa yoga.
