I am so happy to announce the next 50hrs Rocket® YTT that I will be hosting in Barcelona! I am so honored to be able to share this amazing practice with you all, here in this stunning city.

During this intensive 5-day Rocket® YTT! We will be practicing, learning, sweating, laughing, and sharing our experiences in the room! This YTT in Rocket® Vinyasa yoga, also known as Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, specializes in the sequences created by Larry Schultz (a long-time student of the founder of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, K. Pattabhi Jois) with the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system as a base. These systems have deep similarities but obvious differences, and the combination of both will allow students to have a real opportunity to go further and deepen their practices, demystifying the boundaries created by some progression limits of the traditional Ashtanga practice.
I haven't met Larry Schultz (the Rocket® Yoga creator) in person, but I feel I have known him all my life now, thanks to all the insights and inspiring stories shared by David Kyle, my teacher, who was a close student and practiced with Larry extensively.
Make it stand out
We will cover the sequences of The Rocket®,Rocket® I, Rocket® II, and Rocket® III. These series were developed by combining key postures of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The vast majority of this training is focused on increasing the student's ability to progress into the postures of the series through the valuable strengthening techniques and drills offered by Larry Schultz and David Kyle’s teachings. As well as the philosophical approach to the practice as a lifestyle.
As an Advanced 50hrs Rocket® YTT program, you will get a 50hrs certification that can be used in the Yoga Alliance's continuous training towards 500 hours of the "Progressive Ashtanga Yoga Professional Development Program”.

TIMETABLE
8:30 am - Morning practice ( 2h30 )
This includes Kriyas, Chanting, Pranayama and Yogasana.
11:00 am - Break ( 30m )
11:30 am - Lectures/Workshop ( 2h )
A lecture or a workshop starting always with a meditation and journaling.
1:30 pm - Lunch break ( 1h30 )
3:00 pm - Workshop/Lectures ( 2h15 )
5:00 pm - Break ( 15m )
5:15 pm - Evening practice ( 1h15 )
6:30 pm - End of the day

RECOMMENDATIONS
200 hours foundation course (not mandatory) or demonstrating a minimum experience;
to have practiced Rocket® Yoga and/ or Ashtanga Yoga from a local mentor.
