20h Hands-on Assists Teacher Training

17-18 October 2026 - Munich

Hello everyone,

I’m looking forward to seeing you this Saturday at 8am at Hairy Yoga Studio for our 20-hour Trust, Touch, Transform Hands-on Assists Teacher Training.

I’ve created a class notebook to accompany our exploration. It includes asana photographs and space to record observations, assisting techniques, questions and teaching cues, a reference you can return to after the training.

The notebook is completely optional. You’re equally welcome to bring your own notebook or simply observe and take notes in whatever way supports your learning.

There are two versions to choose from:

DIGITAL NOTEBOOK

A clickable PDF, best suited to a tablet with a stylus. Open it in a PDF annotation app to write alongside the asana images, and use the navigation links to move between the index and the practice pages. You can also view it on your phone.

PRINTABLE NOTEBOOK

An A5 landscape version for those who prefer writing on paper. It is designed for double-sided printing and metal rings along the top edge, with space for the binding.

For home printing or a print shop:

  • Size: A5 landscape (210 × 148 mm), printed at 100% / Actual Size, with one PDF page per side. Don’t select “Fit to Page” or booklet printing.

  • Cover: Print page 1 single-sided and leave the reverse blank. PDF page 2 is intentionally blank.

  • Interior: Print pages 3 onward double-sided, using “Flip on Long Edge.”

  • Binding: Use metal rings along the top horizontal edge. The PDF already alternates the binding space between the top and bottom so both facing pages read upright.

  • Test first: Print pages 3–4 on one sheet and turn it over the top edge to check that both sides read upright before printing everything.

If using the same paper for the cover and interior, you can print the entire PDF double-sided, keeping the blank page 2 in place.

An Assist is an invitation to explore alignment and presence more deeply, not a correction of a mistake

Looking forward to seeing you very soon.
